The hats that are featured are unique creations of Don Livingston's LONGHORN HATTERS®. All straw that is used for the straw hats shown is made out of Raffia (with the exception of The Morocca), a very durable product. Each hat body is hand woven. It is then stiffened, antiqued, and shaped into the styles shown. The felt hats that are featured are made out of 100% wool felt, and taken through a unique dying and antiquing process to give that Range Worn look. All custom hatbands on the hats are individually hand crafted. The rope is made by hand, as well as the leather strip cut and fitted to the hat. The centerpiece is individually mounted with Raccoon Tail front and silver Concho.

The hatbands that are featured in the merchandise and accessories section are ALL hand made, and designed to adjust to all hat sizes. Featured are Rattlesnake, Python which comes from Indonesia, Whip Snake and Horsetail. They are a perfect accentuation to any hat. Belt Buckels and Key Chains are also made from the various skins. Miniature Hat Bolo Ties are hand sculptured and a very unique Western Gift item. "The Chain Smoker" is an Apple Sculpture and comes mounted with the history of the 150 year old art form.
